Law is a Game

Friends, what i think is our Judicial System is Just like a Match where poor loose and Rich wins, the Law is same for everyone as per constitution but it changes itself as to person to person when a high profile politician or a businessman of and Artist reach court he is granted relief easily but at the same time when a poor reach court he is given date and date the Justice for reach and poor differs, how shocking na where constitution says law is equal for all but same times it favors the richer section of society, as per me what makes a lawyer big and great is not his knowledge but his client, lawyers with high profile clients become famous but lawyers with low profile clients never become famous, its Just like a game rich one will be given preference and poor will be ignored, if Law is same for all then why this differences are there, even some Judges do favor the face value of some lawyers why action is not taken against them? why in some cases emotions win on evidences? why in some cases Judiciary closes its eyes and in some cases have special watch? is this equality i don't know? why the appeal system is there it means u also does not have faith on your system? And many more things to be discussed here (sorry but what i feel i will write through my blog ).
